enthusiastic supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring food
safety and quality standards across all goods from start to finish of
products. Key
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Maintaining vendor grading system and supplier non-conformances
? weekly KPI reporting.
? Develop Supplier Relationships.
? Approval in conjunction with Technical of raw meat specifications.
? Assisting with customer queries relating to Animal Welfare and
Ethical Trade.
? Project Mgt ? the QA supervisor will own their own projects
which must be completed within agreed timeframes while adding to the
business.
? Ensure best practice, rules & regulations are in place & operating
on site.
? Conduct traceability exercises as required.
? Provide regular Supplier quality performance reports to assist
production managers eliminate non-conformance.
? Hygiene checks and GMP throughout floors.
? Generating MSR?s for Held stock as requested. Key
SKILLS:
